STT AI is the AI-powered booking platform of Shoib Tour and Travels. Our AI assistant — reachable through our website chat, WhatsApp, or email — can answer questions and prepare priced quotations for flight fares, hotels, Umrah packages, holiday packages, and visa assistance. A quotation from our AI is not a confirmed booking — it becomes a confirmed booking only once a human agent on our team confirms it with you and payment is collected.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are confirmed by a member of our team, not automatically. Payment is collected directly by our team through channels we'll share with you at confirmation, including a payment QR code where applicable — we do not process payments automatically through this platform.

Prices quoted by our AI are based on live supplier rates at the time of the quote and may change if not confirmed promptly, particularly for flights.

Cancellations and Refunds

See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details. In short: every refund request is reviewed and approved by a human agent — none are processed automatically, regardless of amount.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate information (names, dates, passport details) when booking, and for ensuring your travel documents (passport, visa) are valid for your trip. We're not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information you've provided.

Limitation of Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities). We're not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of these third-party suppliers, including flight delays, cancellations, or changes to supplier policies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
