We built an AI assistant that talks to customers directly — on our website, over WhatsApp, or by email — in English, Hindi, or Hinglish, understands what they need, and prepares a real, priced quotation in seconds. But we never let the AI make the final call on anything that involves your money or your booking. A human agent from our team reviews and confirms every booking, every refund, and every payment.

How We Work

Tell us what you need — flight fares, hotels, Umrah packages, holiday packages, or visa assistance — through our website chat, WhatsApp, or email. Our AI prices your request against live supplier rates and shares a quotation with you immediately.

On our website, the chat stays professional and can move the conversation to WhatsApp on request, where our AI replies in a more natural, conversational Hinglish — the same assistant, just a different channel.

Once you're happy with the quotation, a member of our team steps in to confirm the booking and collect payment. Nothing is auto-booked and no payment is auto-charged — every consequential step has a real person behind it.
