If you create an account on our platform, we also collect your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).

How We Use It

We use your information to price and prepare travel quotations, process bookings you confirm, communicate with you about your booking, and — where you've uploaded documents for a visa application — to submit your application to the relevant embassy or consulate on your behalf.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share booking details with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers only as needed to fulfil a booking you've confirmed.

Data Retention

We retain your conversation history and booking records for as long as needed to provide support on past bookings and to meet our legal/tax record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to what we're legally required to retain.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, through our website chat, WhatsApp, or by emailing support@sttholiday.com.
