Choose your destination around your dates
- Discuss your travel month, preferred pace, group size and budget before requesting an itinerary.
- Ask what seasonal conditions and local holidays may change your experience or quotation.
Compare like-for-like quotations
- Match hotel category, location, room sharing, number of nights and sightseeing before comparing prices.
- Ask whether airport transfers, meals, taxes, attraction tickets and visa assistance are included. Check exclusions and optional upgrades.
Plan visa preparation early
- Use the destination’s official requirements and allow for document preparation and appointment availability.
- For Schengen travel, the European Commission lists normal processing of 15 days, with some cases extending to 45. This is separate from waiting for an appointment.
Get the itinerary and booking terms in writing
- Review the day-wise plan, travel time between stops and free time before accepting a proposal.
- Confirm the payment schedule, cancellation charges and how changes are handled.
